Official APP of the Department of Universal Health and Public Health.
The official mobile application of the Valencian Health Department for mobile devices is aimed at all users of the public healthcare system in the Valencian Community. It allows users to request, view, and cancel primary care appointments; check pending specialist appointments; view prescribed medications along with a document detailing current treatments and a history of dispensed medications; access their virtual SIP card; generate and download primary care attendance receipts; access their Electronic Health Record of the Valencian Community, including viewing images of tests performed; locate healthcare resources; and modify contact information in their SIP card. All of this is available in the two official languages of the Valencian Community.
Access is granted through three authentication methods: providing the SIP number, date of birth, and card issue date, and confirming via SMS validation code sent to the registered user's mobile phone number, providing the date of birth and scanning the barcode on the health card, or through Cl@ve. Access credentials for as many users as desired can be stored for reuse later, with a security system based on biometric data or password protection.
The Valencian Ministry of Health is responsible for and the author of the information displayed in the application. Furthermore, it guarantees the privacy and protection of your data (http://www.san.gva.es/es/web/app-gva-mes-salut/proteccion-de-datos). The Ministry also guarantees that personal information will be stored and used securely, only for as long as necessary, and solely to provide the personalized services described above.
To safeguard user/patient information, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with servers.

Mejoras en la visualización del modo oscuro, tildes y otros caracteres, y cambios en la accesibilidad de los desplegables del menú.
Descarga esta última versión para que en futuras actualizaciones no debas realizar de nuevo el proceso de registro de los usuarios configurados en tu aplicación.
Además de tus informes, puedes ver las imágenes de las pruebas desde tu Historia de Salud Electrónica. Accede al apartado Pruebas de imagen y compártelas fácilmente desde GVA+Salut con enlace y PIN.

Si has registrado varios usuarios en GVA+Salut, podrás cambiar más rápidamente entre ellos desde la cabecera de la pantalla principal sin necesidad de desplegar el menú lateral.
Además, si tienes cita para videoconsulta y entras en sala de espera, recibirás una notificación cuando el profesional esté disponible para atenderte.
Por último, hemos cambiado la integración de tus citas con el calendario del dispositivo añadiendo datos adicionales para que los recordatorios sean más comprensibles.

Puedes consultar tu Historia de Salud Electrónica de la Comunitat Valenciana desde “Mi salud”, siempre que dispongas de certificado digital o Cl@ve.
Además, si tu centro de salud te lo oferta, podrás solicitar cita para que la atención sea por videoconferencia y, en las citas para agendas mostrador, indicar el motivo de la misma.
Adicionalmente ya te podrás validar por biometría.
Y en cuanto a tus medicamentos, visualiza el histórico de dispensaciones aunque no dispongas de tratamientos activos.
